Looking for a part time employee to work 3-4 days per week.
About 24-32 hours, with a starting pay of $35 per hour with room for increases.
Primary job responsibilities include painting the interior and exterior of apartment buildings.
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience performing routine building maintenance such as unclogging drains, installing appliances, replacing blinds, install LVP flooring etc.

Candidate will need to have experience painting and ideally be able to help identify and solve mechanical issues.

Responsibilities:
Be willing and able to commit to 24-32 hours per week primarily painting.
Candidate must provide their own vehicle for transportation.
Candidate must be willing to drive to work sites throughout Southeast WI Make requests for parts and other supplies.
Be able to turn off and on equipment when necessary.
Clean floors and surfaces.
Have a basic knowledge of all the systems in the building.
Turn off water supply and unclog drains in bathrooms.
