Can be any 2 days during the week or you can choose to do weekends.
NOTE:
This position does include washing and folding laundry throughout the duration of the shift.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Process payments and handle cash transactions - Maintain guest records and update reservations system - Assist with resolving guest complaints or issues - Wash, dry, and fold laundry throughout the duration of the shift
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills - Proficient in using phone systems and computer software - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations is a plus If you are a friendly, outgoing individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to have you join our team as a Front Desk Agent.
