We are seeking - a highly motivated and experienced Contract Sales Project Manager to join our team at Wisconsin Pharmacal Company.
In this newly created position, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract sales projects, with a focus on private label and contract manufacturing activities.
Reporting directly to the President & CEO, you will play a critical role in driving growth and profitability in our contract sales division.

Responsibilities:
Manage all existing contract manufacturing sales activities, including proactive engagement with current partners to maximize sales opportunities and identify new business prospects.
Develop and implement a proactive approach to attract new business, leveraging Wisconsin Pharmacal' s core capabilities and strengths.
Work collaboratively with finance, manufacturing, and sales teams to optimize profitability of contract programs and maximize operational efficiencies.
Create a formulary template to translate opportunities into store brand/ private brand offering with key retail partners.
Develop a comprehensive project timeline, ensuring timely execution and delivery of contract sales projects.
Provide overall project management, including financial review, manufacturing efficiencies, compliance with regulatory guidelines, stability verification and project documentation.
Core Competencies:
Financial analysis and viability assessment of contract sales projects.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and efficiencies, including lab/formulary work and FDA/EPA guidelines.
Proven ability to manage complex project timelines and ensure successful execution.
Exceptional project management skills, including resource allocation, risk assessment and problem solving.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with various teams and stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement go-forward plans to drive business growth.
Proficient in creating marketing materials and sales presentations using PowerPoint and other tools.
